By using this website or booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and our Studio Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use our website or services.

Tattoo services are provided strictly to individuals 18 years of age or older.
A valid government-issued photo ID is required at the time of the appointment.
No exceptions will be made.

• All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure booking.

• Deposits are applied toward the final tattoo price unless otherwise stated.

• Pricing is based on size, complexity, placement, and time required.

• Remaining balances must be paid in full on the day of service.

Failure to comply with booking requirements may result in cancellation without refund.

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• One reschedule may be permitted at the studio’s discretion.

• No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

• Clients arriving more than 2 hours late may have their appointment canceled and deposit forfeited.
  Late arrival policies exist to respect scheduled time and other clients.

• Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, or skin issues prior to tattooing.

• Inksertion Art is not responsible for complications resulting from:

• Undisclosed health conditions

• Allergic reactions

• Improper aftercare

• Individual skin reactions or healing variations

• We reserve the right to refuse service if tattooing poses a health or safety risk.

• Exact replication of reference images is not guaranteed.

• Final design decisions rest with the artist to ensure quality, longevity, and proper placement.

• Results may vary depending on skin type, placement, and aftercare.

• Aftercare instructions will be provided following the session.
  Inksertion Art is not liable for healing issues caused by:

• Failure to follow aftercare instructions

• Sun exposure, swimming, or picking

• Improper care or external factors

• Inksertion Art reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Failure to provide valid ID

• Intoxication or drug use

• Aggressive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior

• Poor hygiene

• Safety or health concerns

• All website content, tattoo designs, images, logos, and artwork are the intellectual property of Inksertion Art and are protected by copyright laws.

• No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

• All services are provided “as is” and at the client’s own risk.
  Inksertion Art shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Tattoo services

• Use of this website

• Reliance on information provided

• This website may include links to third-party websites.
  We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of external sites.
