At Inksertion Art, our goal is to provide a safe, professional, and respectful environment for both our artists and clients. Please read our studio policies carefully before booking an appointment.
1. AGE REQUIREMENT & IDENTIFICATION

You must be 18 years or older to receive a tattoo.

A valid government-issued photo ID is required at every appointment.

No exceptions will be made under any circumstances.
2. APPOINTMENTS & DEPOSITS

All tattoo appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot.

Deposits go toward the final cost of your tattoo unless otherwise stated.

Appointment pricing depends on size, detail, placement, and time required.
3. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable.

One reschedule may be permitted at the artist’s discretion.

No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in loss of deposit.
4. LATE ARRIVALS

Please arrive on time.

Arriving more than 2hours late may result in cancellation of your appointment and forfeiture of your deposit.

If you are running late, contact us as soon as possible.
5. HEALTH & SKIN CONDITIONS

Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, or skin issues prior to tattooing.

Inksertion Art is not responsible for complications resulting from:

Undisclosed health conditions

Allergic reactions
-
Improper aftercare
-
Individual skin reactions or healing variations

We reserve the right to refuse service if tattooing poses a health or safety risk.
6. ARTISTIC DISCRETION

Tattooing is a custom art form.

Exact replication of reference images is not guaranteed.

Final design decisions rest with the artist to ensure quality, longevity, and proper placement.

Results may vary depending on skin type, placement, and aftercare.
7. AFTERCARE RESPONSIBILITY

Aftercare instructions will be provided after your session.

Inksertion Art is not responsible for healing issues caused by improper aftercare, sun exposure, swimming, or picking at the tattoo.

8. PAYMENT POLICY

Full payment is due on the day of your appointment.

Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at booking.

Prices are not negotiable once the session begins.
9. GUESTS & STUDIO ETIQUETTE

No children are allowed in the studio.

Guests may be limited depending on space and safety requirements.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful, intoxicated, or disruptive.
10. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Inksertion Art reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to:

Failure to provide valid ID

Intoxication or drug use

Aggressive or inappropriate behavior
-
Poor hygiene
-
Health or safety concerns
11. TOUCH-UPS

Touch-ups, if offered, are at the artist’s discretion and may require an additional fee depending on healing, time frame, and tattoo condition.
12. POLICY CHANGES

Studio policies are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Booking an appointment confirms acceptance of the current studio policies.
