STUDIO POLICY

Inksertion Art Tattoo Studio tattoos clients who are 18 years of age or older with a valid government-issued photo ID.

Clients who are 16 or 17 years old may be tattooed only when all Florida legal requirements are met, including:

The minor must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
The minor and the parent or legal guardian must each provide valid government-issued photo identification.
The parent or legal guardian must provide written notarized consent in the format required by the Florida Department of Health.
The parent or legal guardian must provide proof that they are the minor’s parent or legal guardian.
Inksertion Art Tattoo Studio reserves the right to refuse or postpone service if the required documentation is incomplete, invalid, or cannot be verified.

Clients under 16 years old will not be tattooed.

No exceptions will be made to age, identification, parent/legal guardian, or consent requirements.

All tattoo appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment.

Deposits go toward the final cost of your tattoo unless otherwise stated.

Appointment pricing depends on the size, detail, placement, complexity, and time required for the tattoo.

Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to request a reschedule or cancellation.

Deposits are non-refundable.

One reschedule may be permitted at the artist’s discretion.

No-shows, same-day cancellations, or failure to arrive prepared may result in loss of deposit.

Please arrive on time.

Arriving more than 2 hours late may result in cancellation of your appointment and forfeiture of your deposit.

If you are running late, contact us as soon as possible.

Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, skin conditions, recent procedures, or other issues that may affect the tattooing or healing process before being tattooed.

Inksertion Art Tattoo Studio is not responsible for complications resulting from:

Undisclosed health conditions
Allergic reactions
Improper aftercare
Individual skin reactions
Healing variations
Sun exposure, swimming, scratching, picking, or other external factors

We reserve the right to refuse or postpone service if tattooing may pose a health, safety, healing, or quality concern.

Tattooing is a custom art form.

Exact replication of reference images is not guaranteed.

Final design decisions rest with the artist to ensure quality, longevity, proper sizing, and appropriate placement.

Results may vary depending on skin type, placement, aftercare, and how the tattoo heals.

The artist reserves the right to adjust or decline a design if it may not age well, heal properly, or meet the studio’s quality standards.

Inksertion Art Tattoo Studio reserves the right to decline tattoo requests based on placement, design, size, condition of the skin, healing concerns, or whether the request falls outside the artist’s professional scope of service.

Certain placements or services may not be offered at this studio, even if requested by the client.

This policy is based on professional judgment, safety, quality, and long-term tattoo results.

Aftercare instructions will be provided after your session.

Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions properly.

Inksertion Art Tattoo Studio is not responsible for healing issues caused by improper aftercare, sun exposure, swimming, scratching, picking, tight clothing, friction, or failure to follow aftercare instructions.

Full payment is due on the day of your appointment.

Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at booking.

Prices are not negotiable once the session begins.

Additional time, design changes, or extra work may affect the final price.

No children are allowed in the studio.

Guests may be limited depending on space, safety, and the type of appointment.

Clients and guests are expected to behave respectfully at all times.

We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if a client or guest is disrespectful, aggressive, intoxicated, disruptive, or creates an unsafe environment.

Inksertion Art Tattoo Studio reserves the right to refuse service for any lawful reason, including but not limited to:

Failure to provide valid ID
Intoxication or drug use
Aggressive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior
Poor hygiene
Health, safety, or healing concerns
Skin condition concerns
Tattoo placement concerns
Requests outside the artist’s professional scope of service
Designs or requests that do not meet the studio’s professional or artistic standards
Failure to follow studio policies

Refusal of service is based on professional judgment, safety, quality standards, and studio policy.

Touch-ups, if offered, are at the artist’s discretion.

Touch-ups may require an additional fee depending on the healing, time frame, tattoo condition, placement, and whether aftercare instructions were properly followed.

Touch-ups are not guaranteed.

Studio policies are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
