TATTOO STUDIO POLICIES

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DECLINE  SERVICE FOR ANY REASON.

  •  NO PETS  OR FOOD ALLOWED:

  • NO CHILDREN: please leave your child at home we don't have a dedicated area for children.

  • You MUST have a VALID STATE or GOVERNMENT issued I.D. for GETTING A TATTOO

  • We will NOT perform any tattoo IF we suspect THE CLIENT being under the influence of DRUGS OR ALCOHOL.

  • WE ARE NOT DOCTORS :I f you have any medical conditions, please consult your PHYSICIAN  before getting tattooed. LET THE ARTIST KNOW IN CASE YOU ARE ON ANY TREATMENT.

  • IF YOU ARE PREGNANT OR FEEDING ITS NOT SAFE FOR  YOUR BABY IF YOU  GET A TATTOO. LET THE ARTIST KNOW.

  • OVER 18 + ONLY

APPOINTMENTS AND DEPOSITS

  • In order to make an appointment you are required to make a  $150 deposit

  • DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. Your deposit is part of the final payment for the service offered.

  • You may change your appointment date a day before your previous scheduled appointment ONCE.

  •  IF YOU DON'T SHOW UP OR CONTACT THE ARTIST IN ANY WAY,  YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE ASSIGNED TO THE ARTIST.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment in case  the artist has an emergency or personal event.

COV- 19 SAFETY ENVIRONMENT

Since the numbers of corona-virus rise in our area and around the country is important before visiting the shop to keep in mind that we are going to make the best effort to keep a safe and  sanitized place at all time. Some of the measure we are following to keep the client and the artist protected:

  • Clients MUST WEAR MASK ALL TIME at the shop. If you need to drink water or remove the mask for any reason, will have to be out of the shop.

  • Only one relative or friend will be allowed at the shop and will have to wait at the reception area all time. Only client and artist at the work stations!

  • Once you enter the shop you'll be required to use a Hand Sanitizer located near the entrance.

  • The Artist will measure your temperature at arrival and will provide a form, you will have to check with the following symptoms:

  • 1. Have you had a fever recently? Yes/No

  • 2. Chills or Chills with shivering? Yes/No

  • 3. Sputum or Phlegm production? Yes/No

  • 4. Loss of Appetite? Yes/No

  • 5. Sudden loss of taste or Smell? Yes/No

  • 6. Contact with someone Covid-19 positive? Yes/No

  • 7. You have been confirmed to have Covid-19? Yes/No

  • 8. Cough? Yes/No

  • 9. Sore Throat? Yes/No

  • 10. Shortness of Breath? Yes/No

  • 11. Diarrhea? Yes/No

  • 12. Headache? Yes/No

  •       13. Are you waiting for Cov-19 Test results? Yes/No
